Sir, will the state or national headquarters be sending the invitation letter to our respective divisions regarding the International Youth Festival?
After the State Education Dept. give the GREEN LIGHT then a letter will be sent to your area. After that the Area will send the info to your divisions.
So please be patient. Maybe you can start planning how to get the funds to pay the flight and registration.
Flight rough estimation is RM 5K.
